Utility Dash Sync

The app no longer supports browser-driven payload imports on this page. Baseline data is prepared and uploaded through the backend scripts, then hydrated into browser storage from Firebase.

Backend uploader: scripts/upload-operational-baseline-to-firebase.mjs

Cycle handling: imported image-capture uploads are materialized as closed cycles using folder-derived dates, so the next manually opened cycle starts from the correct baseline.
